FIG – The Inclusive Insurance Network
RPC's FIG, formerly focused on empowering women in the insurance industry, has evolved to become an inclusive network, providing all individuals within the insurance sector a platform to network, thrive, and learn.
Launched in April 2013, FIG has consistently championed gender equality and is proud to have created a community of over 1,000 members. Each member benefits from access to top-tier training and networking events. Recognizing the importance of equipping our members with essential skills and confidence, we introduced the 'Boardroom Ready' programme in April 2020. This initiative offers a plethora of opportunities to learn and refine skills, from overcoming imposter syndrome to mastering effective boardroom communication.
As society and the workplace undergo transformative changes, FIG's mission is expanding. Our commitment to gender neutrality allows for a diverse range of insights and contributions from within RPC, across the insurance market, and beyond. This evolution paves the way for new events, broader conversations, and initiatives. Our dedication remains unswerving: to engage our current members and garner support from a more extensive audience.
We are excited about the journey ahead and invite you to join us. And, for the latest on upcoming events, webinars, and more sign up to our mailing list here.
"I’ve really enjoyed all of the FIG sessions we’ve had this past year, by the way, it’s been a great moral support and confidence boost when things seem a little gloomy and low. Some fantastic speakers, and nice to feel part of a 'community'." - Amanda Langer, SCOR
