“I’ve had international experience in the past. In my previous role, for example, I specialised in costs. This meant I often worked closely with the travel & tourism team for specialist costs issues arising from personal injury claims occurring abroad.

I always give every matter 100% of my best effort, and take the time to explore all possible routes to achieve the client's goals. I am eager to help, hard-working, genuine, and approachable. I take the time to listen to what my client wants to achieve, and carefully set out how I will be able to assist with that.

With every new matter, I take the time to first talk to my client and hear their side of things. Because I'm a naturally friendly person, I try to speak to clients like I would any other person I’m trying to help.
