Jon is an expert in data protection and privacy, AI, technology contracts, and consumer law. He generally represents clients from the retail and consumer or social media and technology sectors. His work often also involves a significant reulatory element. Jon is Chair of the Data Law Committee of the City of London Law Society, and a member of the Data Protection Working Group of TechUK, the LexisNexis Data Protection Intelligence Group, and the Commercial Consulting Editorial Board for LexisPSL. He is also an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and the Society for Computers & Law.
