Toby is an insurance and reinsurance lawyer who specialises in resolving large, complex, cross-border disputes arising in the energy, property, construction, and marine sectors. He acts for a wide variety of London-based and international insurance and reinsurance companies. Toby advises on all aspects of claims, coverage issues, and subrogated recoveries, as well as advising on policy wordings.
