RPC appoints Kiat Wee Lau as Partner in Singapore

International law firm RPC announced today that Kiat Wee Lau has joined as a Partner in its Corporate practice.

A mergers and acquisitions (M&A) specialist with a focus on financial regulation, funds, and Variable Capital Companies (VCC) formation, Kiat Wee advises private equity houses, venture capital firms, private wealth investors, and hedge funds on investments in Singapore, Indonesia, China, India and across the APAC region.
