City based professional services firm RPC is promoting three Senior Associates to Legal Director

Effective 1 November, Rowan Brown, Peter Rudd-Clarke, and Helene Lee will become Legal Directors.

Rowan Brown – General Liability & Medical

Rowan has extensive experience in dealing with complex and substantial medical litigation, including product liability and medical malpractice claims.

Peter Rudd-Clarke – General Liability & Medical

Peter is a contentious insurance lawyer handling claims in product liability and casualty classes of business for London market insurers and reinsurers. A significant amount of his workload involves defending manufacturers against product liability claims, including those in the Life Sciences sector.

Helene Lee – Construction

Helene has particular expertise, and a wealth of experience, in defending claims against construction professionals and surveyors.

Simon Laird, Head of Insurance, said: "I want to take this opportunity to congratulate all three candidates on what is a very significant promotion milestone."

The role of Legal Director was first created five years ago for those with either a deep technical expertise, sales focus or broad management responsibility, and who have the ambition and ability to pursue a career with RPC at the highest grade.
