RPC welcomes Neville Byford as Partner

International law firm RPC announced today that civil fraud specialist, Neville Byford, has joined as a Partner in its London office.

Neville Byford is a highly respected commercial litigator with expertise in civil fraud, bringing over 30 years of experience to RPC. Recognised as a leader in his field, Neville has built a formidable reputation. His practice spans high-profile cases involving major frauds and complex disputes, including representing John De Lorean, the liquidators of Arrows Limited, Sheikh Khaled Al Sabah, and acting for Mr Amouzegar in the successful jurisdiction challenge in the PIFSS litigation.

Prior to joining RPC, Neville served as a Partner and Head of Civil Fraud at Eversheds. His impressive track record includes securing judgments in significant cases such as the BPL claim against the Mekni family and a decade-long involvement in a Guernsey Trust fraud dispute.

Neville's decision to join RPC is driven by his desire to align with a firm renowned for its high-calibre disputes work.
