Code of Conduct for Leasing of Retail Premises to take effect from 1 February 2024

Arbitration-related cases which end up in the courts often are reported only after the names of parties have been anonymised, and it is quite common for a sealing order to be issued on the court file, so as to preserve the confidential nature of the arbitration.
